We are both person

Michaela has a background of volunteer hospice work in addition to her wide range of other professional experience meaning she works extensively with bereavement and loss. Julian has a particular interest in working with anxiety issues and has extensive training and experience in the use of relaxation and mindfulness approaches.
As well as being Person Centred in our approach, we also integrate other approaches into our practice depending on the needs of individual clients. This means that as well as helping you to explore the causes of any problems you are experiencing, we use a range of creative appraoches in helping you to deal with problems and can provide you with coping strategies and techniques to use on a day-to-day basis. We pride ourselves on our flexibility and our ability to respond to the individual needs of each of our clients.
We have been married for 20 years and our careers as therapists developed in parallel, arising from our passion for helping people to live enriched lives and to progress on their life-journeys. We also have a wealth of personal and professional experience which we draw upon in our desire to provide professional and caring support for our clients.
